Goldstein Commercial Properties Inc. announced June 22 that TCS Appliances has leased 12,000 square feet of space in the Beach Boulevard Shopping Center.
The Jacksonville-based commercial real estate company said the store recently opened at 7542 Beach Blvd., near the southwest corner of Beach Boulevard and Parental Home Road.
