(KRON) — The Concord Police Department said a robbery investigation is underway after two masked men confronted a victim and grabbed his necklaces at Sunvalley Shopping Center Tuesday afternoon.
CPD said officers responded to the incident just after 3:10 p.m. inside the mall near Macy’s women’s department store.
