A small township in Centre County and one of its snowplow operators were sued Monday over a crash that a Philadelphia man alleges left him with facial, neck and back injuries and the loss of several teeth.
The lawsuit alleges Huston Township snowplow driver Charles T. Donley, 70, failed to yield in January 2025 while attempting to cross South Eagle Valley Road from Beaver Road.
Steven Shustack, 26, alleges in the lawsuit that he was unable to avoid the collision and struck the passenger side of the snowplow. He also alleges he suffered lacerations to his face and jaw, required surgery and had a metal plate implanted…
