East Bay pair arrested on suspicion of killing man in San Jose, police say

Police arrested two Hercules residents on suspicion of fatally shooting a man in San Jose last month, officials said Tuesday.

James Goodman, 39, and Devinae Mitchell, 26, were arrested on June 18 in Hercules on suspicion of killing the man in the early morning hours of May 2, San Jose police said.

Officers located the man lying in the driveway of an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Summerside Drive, and he died of his injuries at a local hospital…
