(Des Moines, IA ) — The butter cow is one of the favorites at the Iowa State Fair, and this year a beloved spot will also be immortalized in butter. Mindy Williamson, with the Iowa State Fair, announced today butter sculptor Sarah Pratt will create the iconic Pepsi Clock.
Located on the Grand Concourse across from the entrance to the Midway, the clock has been a favorite meeting spot for decades.
