NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) — The Oklahomans for Responsible Economic Development, along with multiple Norman residents, are suing the City of Norman and several others over the proposed Rock Creek Entertainment District project.
ORED and others filed a lawsuit against the City of Norman, the Norman Tax Increment Finance Authority, the Cleveland County Recreational and Entertainment Facilities Authority, and UNP North LLC.
