The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that as part of the I-95 and I-295 North interchange improvements project, overnight detours throughout the project limits are necessary for roadway and bridge construction operations through Thursday, June 25, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-295 West and I-295 West collector/distributor closures scheduled through Thursday, June 25 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- I-295 West drivers will follow posted detour signs to use the I-295 West collector/distributor lanes.
- Driver wanting access to I-95 will exit at Pulaski Road and follow the detour to Airport Center Drive to access I-95.
- Drivers wanting access to U.S. 17 will exit at Pulaski Road and follow the detour north to New Berlin Road to access U.S. 17.
I-295 East collector/distributor closure scheduled Wednesday, June 24 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- Drivers wanting to access I-95 or U.S. 17 will detour at Pulaski Road and take I-295 West to access both U.S. 17 and I-95.
Conflicting detours and lane closures will not take place at the same time.
