Restoration efforts gain momentum for Hendersonville’s historic Bradford-Berry House

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Restoration may soon start on one of Hendersonville’s first homes.

The Bradford-Berry house has sat dormant off Main Street for over a decade.

The brick house, built in 1795, is a link to the very beginnings of Hendersonville. The problem is, up until recently, an old land deed restricted what the city could do to the property.
