SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) – The City of Sacramento has appointed Katie Dignan as assistant city manager, effective July 13.
In her new role, Dignan will oversee the Community Development Department, Economic Development Department and Convention and Cultural Services. She will also help lead implementation of key initiatives advanced by City Manager Maraskeshia Smith and the City Council focused on organizational improvement and community impact.
