Threatening TikTok videos forced Centennial Public School to up law enforcement presence, communication with parents

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – In mid-April, five threatening TikTok videos were posted about Centennial Public School staff members, Seth Ford, superintendent, said. 10/11 covered the story and the ensuing investigation at the time. His administration immediately called local law enforcement and began communication with parents. The school took other precautions, too.

“Where do you draw the line?” Ford explained. “You check everybody’s bag. And so, when you’re checking a pre-kindergartener’s bag, that’s not the experience you want to give them coming to school.”

Seward County Sheriff’s Office also upped their presence at the school…
