DeMeester’s Greenhouse & Appleland Orchard in Freeport is set to go up for auction July 18, signaling the end of an era for the 94-year-old business.
The business, located at 1706 S. Baileyville Road, has been up for sale for the past four years. The decision was made to auction it, according to the DeMeester’s Facebook page.
