NORTH SALT LAKE, Utah (ABC4) — Flames and smoke are visible in North Salt Lake due to a fire.
According to traffic camera footage, there is an active fire burning in North Salt Lake. ABC4.com has a crew on scene, who is reporting that it is near 1012 Recreation Way and near an RV park resort.
The flames were visible along I-215, with heavy smoke. Fortunately, crews appear to have been able to reduce the flame, according to our on-scene crew, who also says the fire has been burning significant vegetation.
While officials have not released any details at this time, heavy smoke was visible throughout North Salt Lake.
