The ±1,989-square-foot freestanding retail building is located north of Orange Grove Road along Oracle Road / State Route 77, adjacent to the Town of Oro Valley. The property is zoned Pima County CB-1 and includes more than 100 feet of frontage on Oracle Road, monument signage, and more than 20 parking spaces.
Originally part of a southwestern-style guest ranch and believed to have been designed by famed architect Josias Joesler, the building was later converted to office and retail use.
