AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A man turned himself into jail Tuesday morning in connection to a crash that killed a 46-year-old woman in May.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, Joshua Haines, 43, was booked into the Aiken County Detention Center and charged with felony DUI resulting in death and driving without a license.
