CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Country Rising Festival shared the cancellation of its Cleveland festival Wednesday.
In a social media message, the one-day outdoor country music festival series said Country Rising Festival Cleveland would not be able to move forward with the event as originally scheduled.
