WARREN – A Trumbull County woman is suing the Ohio Lottery Commission in an attempt to stop her son from collecting lottery winnings.
According to the lawsuit, the woman’s son, identified as Phillip Saadi, moved from his home in New Mexico to live with her in Trumbull County.
