HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — New video has been released of a recorded dispute between a local man and a mother during the kidnapping of a 2-year-old child in Harrisburg.
Antonio Hammond was seen walking in to Hall Manor on May 30, 2023, with another man wearing a mask and concealing a handgun in his pants.
