ROSWELL, Ga. — Roswell officials approved an updated site plan and concurrent variances June 22 for a grocery-based retail development at Bowen Road and Ga. 92.
The project consists of a land swap with the existing Westminster Japanese Church, constructing more than 60,000 square feet of retail space and a new fire station.
