MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A New York juvenile wanted for attempted murder was caught in Raleigh by the Memphis Safe Task Force on Tuesday, U.S. Marshals said.
The juvenile was charged with attempted second-degree murder after he was identified as a suspect in a gang-related shooting in Manhattan on Sept. 9, 2025, agents said.

The victim was shot multiple times and survived, authorities said. The task force received a lead from the agents in the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.
