PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – The Panama City Police Department has issued a release regarding an alleged escaped prisoner from Baldwin County, Alabama.
Around 6:47 p.m. on Wednesday, PCPD was notified that Jackie Dewayne Littrell had left a work-release program and was potentially in the area.
