Rhode Island gun shops warn buyers as assault weapons ban nears

(WJAR) — If you’re looking to buy a gun in Rhode Island, you might already be too late.

The state’s assault weapons ban, which prohibits the buying and selling of several assault-style weapons, takes effect July 1.
