Feds charge businesswoman in $114 million Medicaid fraud case

McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A businesswoman who convinced Cameron County to send people with mental health problems to a ranch near Raymondville for rehabilitation surrendered to the FBI on Wednesday morning to face healthcare fraud charges.
