LUBBOCK, Texas — Noel Natal, 24, was arrested Friday, June 19, for violating the conditions of his bond twice, related to domestic assault and continuous violence against the family after making threats to shoot a victim.
Police reports indicate that in April 2026, the victim reported the incident to Lubbock authorities via text message that Natal had threatened to shoot the victim. Lubbock authorities advised the victim to stay with her mother for her safety.
