Where Does the ‘Glowing’ Night Swimming Happen Near Denver?
About 4.5 miles west of I-25 on 120th Avenue in Broomfield, you come to The Bay Aquatic Park in Broomfield. It has a lot of amenities including a leisure pool with race slides, two body slides, and a toddler pool with a playground, locker rooms, concessions, and picnic areas. During the summer, they have swimming at night.
When Can We Go “Night Swimming’ in Broomfield During the Summer?
With their 2026 season and new renovations to The Bay, they added “Family Night Swimming” sessions. During those sessions, the main pool and the watersides are lit up with color-changing lights. It really does look like fun.
They do this on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights through Labor Day; the cost is $9 per person and you need to get your tickets ahead of time. $9 is much cheaper than a day at Federal Heights’ Water World, for sure…
