CHICAGO (WGN) – North Wilton Avenue in Lakeview is just one block from Wrigley Field, so parking in the neighborhood is already tight, but the CTA wants to start charging residents for the parking spots behind their homes because they’re under the CTA train tracks.
“Over 100 years our residents have been using this as parking,” resident Peter Vernon said.
