Maryland Heights-based company settles lead poisoning in Peru case

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (FIRST ALERT 4) – A Maryland Heights-based company has settled a lawsuit that alleged lead poisoning in Peru.

Doe Run Resources Corp. agreed to pay $150 million to settle the lawsuit, originally filed in 2007.
