Tennessee American Water Company says their “Phillip D. Glass” character is getting into the America 250 mood.
The character is a metal replica of a water company employee that sits on top of the Amnicola Highway water tank.
Now he’s wearing a new shirt with a Tennessee America 250 logo on it…
