EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— CenterPoint Energy awarded multiple veteran agencies across both Indiana and Ohio, including in the Wabash Valley, for America’s 250th.
The CenterPoint Energy Foundation awarded $250,000 in grants to these nonprofit organizations. These grants will go towards funding programs and initiatives that connect veterans with mental health services, housing stability and everyday needs. The grants range from $5,000 to $25,000.
