WILMINGTON, Del. (WHTM) – A now former engineering manager at Constellation Energy allegedly used insider information regarding the restart of Three Mile Island near Harrisburg to make unlawful profits of approximately $1.48 million through stock purchases, according to a federal indictment and a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The civil lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court in Delaware by the Securities and Exchange Commission said Casey Muggleston, of Wilmington, Delaware, worked at Constellation as an engineering manager.
