The Loganville City Council has approved a contractor for a half-dozen road projects, but not without some friction among councilmembers.
In a 4-2 vote, the council awarded the contract to DCBC LLC, a four-year-old Bethlehem-based construction and consulting firm that does asphalt paving, grading, and paint striping, and also offers earthwork and grading services for commercial and residential projects.
