ADRIAN, Mich. (WTVG) – The Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a man who they said died after a medical emergency following an encounter with deputies early Wednesday morning.
The incident happened at a Walgreens in Adrian at the intersection of South Main Street and Beecher Street around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
