EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated after committing several traffic violations in Horizon City, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
An officer conducting business checks in the 13000 block of Eastlake Boulevard reportedly observed 33-year-old Crystal Ellen Rios commit traffic violations, including failing to signal and reversing in a roadway just before 2 a.m. on June 19.
