ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — A new coffee shop is coming to Perryville Promenade in Rockford.
First Midwest Group announced that Scooter’s Coffee will open in the newly constructed Perryville Promenade building located on Perryville Road. An opening day hasn’t been announced yet.
