NIXA, Mo. (KY3) – Clogged storm drains are causing flash flooding in Nixa neighborhoods, and residents are being warned not to attempt cleaning them themselves.
Chris Codling’s car was totaled after her son drove through floodwater on her street. The water reached mid-calf depth, about 4 to 6 inches deep, according to her estimate.
