SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A rollover crash is leading to lane closures and delays on westbound I-80 in Parley’s Canyon.
According to the Utah Department of Transportation, there is a crash at milepost 135 on westbound I-80. Traffic camera footage shows that a semi-truck is rolled over on its side and appears to be smoking.
UDOT states that the left shoulder and right shoulder are blocked, Lieutenant Zach Randall with Utah Highway Patrol confirmed that they are also blocking two lanes. He also stated that there doesn’t appear to be any injuries at this time.
Initial estimates state the road should be fully open around 4:00 p.m., though that may be subject to change. Travelers should expect delays and avoid the area, if possible…
