Authorities issued a SAFE Alert on Thursday for a missing 12-year-old boy who was last seen in Peoria.
Police are looking for Elijah Viera who was last seen on foot near 103rd and Northern avenues around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Elijah is 5 feet tall, weighs about 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was possibly wearing white tennis shoes, authorities said…
