A new retail center is coming to north Fresno at Maple and Behymer avenues. The development will span about 130,000 square feet in total and is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. It has been in the works for five years.
Real estate development firm Bottom Line Group, headed by Jay Virk, is spearheading the construction. Virk expressed a desire to provide retail options that are convenient and valuable to the neighborhood.
