HAMPTON, Va. — The City of Hampton is launching a new summer initiative aimed at giving teenagers more opportunities for organized recreation while promoting safety and community engagement.
The Hampton Teen Summer Engagement Program kicked off Thursday evening with a silent disco at Buckroe Beach, marking the start of the city’s new Teen Thursdays series.
