APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Appleton say one woman was recently arrested for her third OWI offense after crashing into a tree.
According to a release from the Appleton Police Department, officers responded to reports of a crash after a woman had backed into a tree and was said to be belligerent and shouting obscenities.
The woman in question reportedly tried to start a different vehicle in an attempt to leave and was eventually seen leaving the scene on foot as the first officers arrived…
