SPOKANE, Wash. — A Washington state fugitive wanted in Spokane County was arrested in Alabama on Wednesday after more than a year on the run, according to the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS).
Authorities reported that Robert Depasquale had an active felony warrant tied to charges of second-degree assault and third-degree rape, noting that both charges carried a domestic violence connection.
