University Hospitals is expanding its footprint in Beachwood after purchasing the former U.S. headquarters of Synthomer for $9.1 million in late May, according to the Cuyahoga County Auditor’s Office website.
The health system plans to convert the office building at 25435 Harvard Road into clinical space to increase access to high-demand medical services in the eastern suburbs, according to Crain’s Cleveland. The new facilities are expected to open to patients by 2028.
