BATH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLNS) — Casino-style redemption games were the focus of not one, but two committees in the state House of Representatives Thursday.
The games reward tickets or points for how well you play and have been scrutinized by the state for their proximity to gambling.
A bipartisan group of lawmakers want to clarify and expand the definition of what kinds of skill games are allowed under the law. They testified in support of House Bills 4494 and 4495 in the Regulatory Reform Committee Thursday.
