One of Houston’s top barbecue spots has made it to the shelves of another supermarket.Pinkerton’s Barbecue’s award-winning seasonings are officially in select Kroger grocery stores in the American South.
Pitmaster Grant Pinkerton announced the news on social media Thursday, sharing that his restaurant’s signature Everything Rub, Grand Champ and Boss Hug Rub seasonings are available in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama Kroger locations.
Pinkerton’s seasonings are already rolling out to participating Kroger stores throughout the Greater Houston area, a Kroger spokesperson told Chron, with all participating stores expected to have them on shelves by the end of July.
