OREGON, Ill. (WIFR) – A 27-year-old man was arrested Friday after deputies say he sped away from a traffic stop on his motorcycle.
Cody Moser, of Oregon, is charged with aggravated fleeing to elude, fleeing to elude, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and speeding more than 35 mph over the speed limit.
