ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — A St. Louis city firefighter is on forced leave facing charges for drug trafficking and DWI.
This is the third instance of significant personnel issues for the Fire Department uncovered by First Alert 4 Investigates this week.
Shewan Martin, otherwise referred to as “Stank” in federal charging documents, is accused of knowingly and intentionally distributing controlled substances, including methamphetamine and fentanyl.
