Another person has claimed a $1 million top prize from the New York Lottery’s Million Dollar Raffle drawn on Oct. 26, 2025.
Earl Lingard of the Bronx was one of 15 winners to claim the $1 million cash prize as part of a promotional drawing commemorating the Erie Canal bicentennial. He received a one-time lump-sum payment of $651,006.
