DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The SOAR Initiative has sent out an Overdose Surge Alert after seven non-deadly overdoses were reported in the Dayton area in less than 48 hours.
A substance, believed to be fentanyl at the time of purchase, has caused numb lips and a twilight-like effect in multiple people in the area. SOAR shared harm reduction tips.
