FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the area of Delmar and Harvard last night and later found two gunshot victims at a hospital, including one person who was undergoing surgery.
As officers arrived in the neighborhood, they saw a vehicle leaving at a high rate of speed.
