SAINT JOE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Volunteers will have the chance to help preserve one of Arkansas’ treasured natural landmarks, the Buffalo River, next month during the annual Upper River Clean-Up hosted by Buffalo National River Partners.
The cleanup is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will focus on a 5.5-mile stretch of the Buffalo National River between Tyler Bend and the Gilbert Access in the river’s middle district, a recent release said.
Anyone interested in participating must register in advance…
