The Velvet Plum Vintage & Consignment, a home decor and furniture consignment shop at 894 Logan St. in Noblesville, has announced it will close July 15, citing Embrace Downtown construction as the driving factor.
The Embrace Downtown project began earlier this year to provide infrastructure and beautification upgrades in the downtown area.
“Unfortunately, the downtown construction has won the war and we can no longer remain open,” The Velvet Plum Vintage & Consignment stated in a Facebook post. “Sales have plummeted and no one comes in to shop these days. I know we look closed, but we are actually OPEN.”…
